The standard American diet is generally
referred to as a diet that is lacking in fruits and vegetables. A lot of people
don’t go out of their way to eat fresh fruit and vegetables on a regular basis.

Next, it doesn’t hurt to look into the

vegetables and make them work in their favor, you can easily pick up the tips
and skills that you need in order to make them taste good for yourself. It can
be very hard to break into a new habit though, so be patient with yourself and
don’t try to rush it.
Finally, make it a priority. Put it on your
meal planners. Think about the vegetables that you want to eat, and think about
